David E. Marshall, 59, of LaBelle, died Monday, October 10, 2016 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.
He was born May 6, 1957 in Waynesburg, a son of the late William Henry and Jannie Mae Lancaster Marshall.
Mr. Marshall was a 1975 graduate of Brownsville Area High School.
On March 31, 1976 he married Cindy Ferrari, who survives.
He served in the U.S. Army

He was born May 6, 1957 in Waynesburg, a son of the late William Henry and Jannie Mae Lancaster Marshall.
Mr. Marshall was a 1975 graduate of Brownsville Area High School.
On March 31, 1976 he married Cindy Ferrari, who survives.
He served in the U.S. Army
Mr. Marshall was an engineer for Windstream Communications in Export. He previously was employed by Electrom, Henkel & McCoy, S&S Communications, Western Counties, and also as a coal miner.
He loved spending time with his family, and enjoyed shooting his guns, and riding his quad.
Surviving in addition to his wife Cindy, are two sons, Brian L. Marshall (Ashley Swords) of Clearville, and David F. Marshall of Carmichaels; four grandchildren, Natalie and David Marshall of Carmichaels, and Brandon and Makayla Marshall of Clearville; five brothers and sisters, William F. (Barbara) Marshall of Scenery Hill, Thomas R. (Debra) Marshall of Okeechobee, FL, Yvonne (Larry) Frank of Clarksville, Joseph B. (Morgan) Marshall of Footedale, and Raymond (Roberta) Marshall of LaBelle; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister, Priscilla Jean Ball.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 pm, Thursday in the Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, where services will be held at 11:00 Friday, October 14, 2016 with Rev. Roger Diehl officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson. The family suggests Memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
